My name is Laura Sayles and for the past 4 years I have been living in Italy because my husband is in the USAF. In 2008, I purchased equipment from your company. I had trouble locating the proper connections to fit the American cable to the European cable. I called Keller International to ask for help in finding the parts I needed. I spoke with you and was advised to go to Home Depot, but when I informed you that I was in Italy you said that you would go get the part and send it to me. Once you purchased the part, you called to let me know that it was mailed. I asked you, “How much was the part and shipping?” You said, “Don’t worry about it.”That may not have been a big deal to you but for me that gesture truly touched my heart. You went above and beyond customer service. There are very few people left in this world like you. I will never forget your kindness.
