Will I see my payment options before I place my order?
Yes. Klarna and Shop Pay Installments display any eligible payment options during checkout before you complete your purchase. If you're interested in QuickSpark Business Financing, simply complete a short application before placing your order to view your available financing options.
Can I combine financing with promotions or discounts?
Yes. In most cases, financing can be combined with Keller promotions and discounts. Some exclusions or provider-specific restrictions may apply, so please review the promotion details or contact our team if you have any questions.
Can I use Klarna or Shop Pay Installments for large orders?
Yes, depending on approval and purchase amount. Klarna and Shop Pay Installments each have their own order limits and approval criteria, so a larger purchase may qualify for one financing option but not another. For complete salon builds or larger equipment packages, QuickSpark Business Financing is often the recommended solution.
Why don't I see Klarna at checkout?
If you sign in to your Shop account during checkout, Shopify may display Shop Pay Installments as your pay-over-time option. If you'd like to compare Klarna and Shop Pay Installments, continue through checkout as a guest (without signing in to your Shop account). You'll then see all eligible payment options available for your purchase.

Can I pay off my financing early?
