We offer the most competitive price for each of our Keller brand products. All product prices are subject to change without prior notification.

How To Order

You can place an order through our website at keller4salon.com or call us at 1-800-578-8772. When ordering by phone, please have the SKU #, shipping information, and your credit card information ready. Please plan accordingly as some items may be out of stock.


  • Credit Card: The name of the purchaser must match the name on the card. If the names do not match or if you would like items shipped to a different state, a Third Party Authorization form will need to be completed with proper identification and emailed to Keller International, LLC.
  • Money Order: Only postal money orders are considered a cash payment. All other bank check money orders have to be deposited and cleared by our bank before your order can be processed.
  • Check: We accept personal or business checks. Your order will be held until your check is approved. Once your check is received, deposited, and cleared by our bank, we will start processing your order. This will typically take 6-8 business days once your check is received.
  • Wire Transfers: Contact the Keller team at 1-800-578-8772 for details and instructions.

The order will be held for two weeks. If payment is not received within this time frame, it will be closed.





Most orders placed online are processed in 1 - 2 business days (subject to change based on external factors and holidays). Please allow 3 - 8 business days for delivery of items within the contiguous United States. For trucking items, please allow an estimated 4 -10 business days for delivery. Keller is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier. Whenever possible, we will ship via FedEx Ground. Some products are too large or heavy for FedEx and will require contracting a Freight Carrier. We offer Free Shipping within the contiguous United States, however, a 10% delivery surcharge will apply to orders under $2,000 in AZ, CA, ID, NM, NV, OR, UT and WA.  If ordering online, the delivery surcharge will be auto-calculated when you check out. We do not charge handling fees.



Shipping via a freight truck includes a scheduled delivery appointment and curbside delivery, which includes a free lift gate service. A lift gate service means the driver will take the items off the truck for you but will NOT bring the items inside of your building/home. Be prepared for your freight delivery by having extra hands or proper equipment to move your boxes, as they can be heavy and bulky to carry. Storage fees may be applied if the shipping company is not able to reach you to schedule the delivery appointment. Any changes made to the shipping address after it leaves our facility will require approval from Keller and you will incur reconsignment fees calculated by the shipping company.

Before you sign for your delivery, you must inspect the shipment for exterior damage and shortages as you are acknowledging that the article(s) were delivered to you in GOOD CONDITION. Make sure you receive the correct # of packages & pallets indicated on the delivery receipt and note any damages or shortages of boxes/pallets. If you are concerned for any reason that the contents of your shipment may be damaged, you MUST note this on your delivery receipt and take pictures. The carrier who delivers this merchandise to you is responsible for its safe delivery

Should you notice any damage upon receipt (visible or concealed):

  1. Have the delivery person note on the delivery receipt the nature and extent of damages.
  2. Inspect the outside of packaging for damage, missing boxes or pallets on the delivery receipt before allowing the driver to leave. Do not refuse the shipment, unless otherwise advised by Keller International, please accept the delivery. Take photos of any damages, if missing box(s) and or pallet(s) take photos at the time of delivery.
  3. Notify Keller International of any exterior damage or shortages the day of delivery. We will then take the proper steps to resolve your issue.
  4. Open and inspect all products within 7 days of receipt. Contact Keller International if there is concealed damage or missing items, as soon as noticed.
  5. Do not destroy packing material or pallets until shipment is inspected and the claim is settled. If the shipment delivered to you is not in accordance with the cartons as shown on your receipt, do not accept it until such shortages are noted on the Freight Bill and Bill of Lading. ANY CLAIMS FOR LOSS should be filed immediately with the Freight Company's Office that makes the delivery to your door. Claims for loss MUST NOT be deducted from our invoice, nor deferring of payment while waiting for adjustments of such claims.



Shipping via standard ground delivery is to-door service only in the contiguous United States.

  1. Be sure to track packages to ensure you are available for delivery. **Keller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  2. Be sure to keep all boxes and packaging in case of return.
  3. If shipping to a commercial address please note that FedEx will not leave packages if the business appears vacant or is closed.
  4. Please do not refuse any boxes that have exterior damage. Open and inspect item first and call Keller with any questions/concerns.
  5. FedEx will only make 3 attempts for delivery to commercial addresses.

Some Explanation for Trucking Terms:

    1. Commercial Delivery - delivery to industrial, or commercial address capable of receiving 52' tractor-trailer truck, typically with loading dock but not necessary.
    2. Residential Delivery - Zoned residential address delivery, typically a residential delivery requires the use of a smaller carting company truck because of road weight limits, commercial truck restrictions, or residential community.
    3. Freight Forwarder Delivery: If you choose to use a freight forwarder for delivery to International or states outside of the continental US, Keller International is not responsible for damages caused by shipments being sent by any freight forwarder.

Shipping For All Other Vendors Besides Keller

Shipping varies greatly for any product that is sold by vendors who are not Keller International. Please allow an additional 3-7 weeks for shipping. Note: For all dropships, if delayed, you will be notified by Keller International.

Product Holding & Storage Policy

Orders must ship once the order is placed and processed by Keller. Products cannot be stored for a future shipment.

Product Holding for "Out of Stock" Products

Keller does not place a hold on products that are out of stock. You may sign up for email or text notifications on the product page to be notified once it is back in stock. Once the product is in stock and you are notified, you may then purchase the item.

Returns & Exchanges

New Keller International merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt (must be in original box and packaging). Keller brand parts are non-returnable. Special Order Color & Collins Manufacturing are non-refundable custom made products. Other drop ship products are restricted to their own return policies. Return requests MUST be approved in advance and you could be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must pay both outgoing and return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging in Like New condition. Refunds are contingent upon Keller International’s inspection and approval. All credits will be issued to the original method of payment used (ie. credit card, store credit, check). Special Order items are NOT returnable. All drop ship items return policies are at the discretion of manufacturers (Collins, Continuum, Rhino Mat, Pibbs, AYC, William Marvy, Belava, etc). All Collins equipment are custom made special order items and are non-refundable, and some Belvedere equipment is customized, special order items and are non-refundable.

International or outside Contiguous US order policy: No return or exchange will be accepted for any international orders or orders outside of the contiguous United States.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed (usually within 2 business days). If the order has already been processed and has not shipped, you may be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. If your order has already been processed and is in transit to you, you will be charged the $25.00 cancellation fee and all related shipping and handling expenses (both outgoing and returning).

Changes in Design

We reserve the right without notice to modify, change, alter and improve any designs.


If you are located in one of the nexxus sales tax states, we must add the appropriate state Sales Tax to your order, unless you have a current signed Resale Certificate Form. Sales tax will automatically be calculated and applied to your online order for applicable states.

State Code Regulations

All Plumbing Code, fire code, other Building Inspection Commission codes, and any (all) amendments are the buyer’s sole responsibility to address with their local and state code enforcement agencies prior to all purchases being made.


Keller International warrants that their products are of high quality and workmanship. You must open and inspect your items within 7-10 days of arrival.  If you find a defect within 30 days of receipt, our team will provide support to repair or replace the item or part. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for damaged goods due to the actions of persons or entities other than us or due to the transport of the goods.

Warranty periods are:

*Customer is responsible for shipping fees on replacement warranty items. Warranty is non-transferable.

      1. Chair tops - 1 year
      2. Hydraulic pumps - 2 years from original purchase date
      3. Highland Pumps - Extended 6 years. Repaired or replaced. All hydraulic lifts are warranted to be free from defect for a period of two years from the date of purchase.  If the unit fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Highland Machine will repair or replace it free of charge. All hydraulic lifts older than two years, but less than six years, will be repaired or replaced with a remanufactured unit for a charge of $35.00 per unit.
      4. All-purpose Reclining Chair Mechanisms - 1 year.
      5. Shampoo Bowl Chairs - Fixtures and parts 90 days
      6. Upholstery is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship upon receipt.
      7. All Electronics (Dryers, steamers, processors, towel cabinets, facial machines, LED mirrors, etc.) 1 year repaired. (Customer to pay shipping charges after the first year from date of sale)

PLEASE NOTE: This warranty, however, does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs. All plumbing installations must be installed by a licensed plumber with a copy of the plumber's invoice returned with the warranty card within 30 days for activation. In addition, this warranty is limited solely to repair, replacement, credit, or refund of the original purchase price of the product. Keller International shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages including, but not limited to, labor costs or loss of profits arising in connection with the use of or inability to use products purchased from Keller International. This warranty is Non-Transferable.

Warranty Disclaimer

Keller International as the seller/distributor assigns to the buyer all warranties that the manufacturer of the goods provides. The only warranties implied for a breach of warranty are those provided by the manufacturer of the products. The purchaser of the product as the buyer will solely look to the manufacturer for performance and execution of any remedies provided by the manufacturer for any and all warranties that are breached. Any and all liabilities arising from the manufactures product will be cover by the manufacturers warranty and legal responsibility only. Keller International representatives shall make no claims whether verbal, E-mail, or written to alter such warranties. Any implied extended warranties or altered warranties must be done by written binding contract of both parties (seller and buyer).

Military Discount

We offer a 10% discount to military. We require proof of military ID to offer the discount.

Privacy Policy

As part of its commitment to customer service, Keller International strives to make you feel safe and comfortable doing business with us. Here are some guidelines that we follow to keep your personal information private. Keller International reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

Information We Collect

Keller International may collect certain personal information, including but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, and email address. Keller International may also collect your credit card, billing address, and shipping address information when you provide Keller International with this information. We do this to ensure we have all the correct information to process your order and ship as soon as possible. We do not store credit card information on our website as it is processed by a third party certified credit card processing company. 

The Web Site may use third party products and services to gather anonymous traffic statistics using cookies and other statistical web collection methods. A cookie is a small piece of stored information with your browser that helps websites and multiple servers recognize you. Keller International and its third party service providers may or may not also use pixelation or transparent files for user tracking to help us manage and improve our website.

Keller International may inadvertently transmit nonidentifiable user information about visitors to our site sometimes to servers of reputable third parties for the purpose of targeting banners, coupons, and other special offers. Search engine companies are continually changing their algorithms for data collection and may be considered as third party providers outside of our control. We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging will not be shared with any third parties except for messaging partners, for the purpose of enabling and operating our text messaging programs. 

Our website uses cookies to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your checkout. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

E-business arbitration

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American arbitration association's ecommerce services under the AAA's commercial arbitration rules. Supplementary procedures for online arbitration, and the judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered having jurisdiction thereof to be. The arbitration will take place in Syracuse, New York. Each party will bear its own cost of any legal representation, discovery or research required to complete arbitration. The existence or results of any arbitration will be treated as confidential. Further, customer will not have the right to participate as a representative or member of any class of claimants pertaining to any claim.
