    RETURNS

    • Defects found within 30 days that are the result of transport of goods or us will be repaired or replaced by Keller International
    • New Keller International merchandise may be returned in original packaging and "like new" condition for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
    • Keller brand parts are non-returnable
    • Returns must be approved by Keller International via phone at 1-800-578-8772.
    • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • You must pay return shipping costs.

    Custom-made products are non-refundable. Products from vendors who are not Keller International are restricted to their own return policies. For more information, click here. 

     

    WARRANTY

    • Chair top - 1 year
    • Hydraulic pumps - 2 years
    • Highland Pumps - Extended 6 years. (Repaired or replaced. Customer to pay shipping charges after the first year of service)
    • All-purpose Reclining Chair Mechanisms - 1 year
    • Shampoo chairs, fixtures, and parts - 90 days
    • All Electronics (Dryers, steamers, processors, towel cabinets, facial machines, etc.) 1 year repaired. (Customer to pay shipping charges after the first year from date of sale)
    • Everything else - 1 year
    • PLEASE NOTE: This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
