Defects found within 30 days that are the result of transport of goods or us will be repaired or replaced by Keller International
New Keller International merchandise may be returned in original packaging and "like new" condition for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
Keller brand parts are non-returnable
Returns must be approved by Keller International via phone at 1-800-578-8772.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You must pay return shipping costs.

Hydraulic pumps - 2 years
Highland Pumps - Extended 6 years. (Repaired or replaced. Customer to pay shipping charges after the first year of service)
All-purpose Reclining Chair Mechanisms - 1 year
Shampoo chairs, fixtures, and parts - 90 days
All Electronics (Dryers, steamers, processors, towel cabinets, facial machines, etc.) 1 year repaired. (Customer to pay shipping charges after the first year from date of sale)
Everything else - 1 year
PLEASE NOTE: This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
