After receiving my backwash unit I discovered a slice in the leather of the chair. And I was extremely impressed with how Keller handled it. The lady Erika talked to me and said they could send me whole new unit but it would take four months or so. In which we came to the decision to get the repair kit for the chair. I honestly have never been treated so well and felt like they just wanted to make it right in whatever way possible. I appreciate all the help and I love the look of my chair. I can’t wait to use it.
The chair looks great and works great! It’s a little too wide. I’m having a hard time reaching my clients. I’m 5’5” maybe if I was a little taller it would help. Overall it’s a great chair and my clients like it.
